We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our clients if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you give us at least 24hrs notice.
When you book an appointment that time is reserved exclusively for you, therefore when someone cancels last minute or doesn’t show up, it really effects the business.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24hrs will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.
If you are more than 15mins late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. However we will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.
Automated reminders via text and email are sent out 24hrs prior to your appointment.
